TeleDaaS is a U.S.-based medical practice that provides physician-approved personalized dosimetry plans to hospitals and practices treating cancer with Y-90 radioembolization. In connection with these services, TeleDaaS may receive, create, or maintain Protected Health Information (“PHI”) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and its implementing regulations. TeleDaaS maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the privacy and security of PHI in compliance with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws. Any use or disclosure of PHI is governed by applicable Business Associate Agreements and HIPAA regulations, which take precedence over this Privacy Policy to the extent of any conflict.
